Since Blue Ocean Travels provides digital travel bookings (flight tickets, hotel vouchers, package itineraries), there are no physical shipments.

  • Delivery of Services: E-tickets and booking confirmations are sent to your registered email immediately after successful payment.

  • Delays: In rare cases of system delays, confirmations may take up to 24 hours. If not received, please check spam/junk folders or contact support.
